Paymenticon Casinos and the Plix Wallet
Paymenticon belongs to the history of the payment service now presented as Plix. The provider’s own API changelog records a rebranding and the change from paymenticon.com to plixpay.com. Players encountering the older name should therefore look at the current Plix product and the casino’s live cashier, rather than copying registration steps or prices from an old Paymenticon guide.
Paymenticon and Plix
The official rebranding entry appears under API version 3.0, dated 7 April 2021. This gives the old name a documented connection to the current domain. It does not establish that every historical merchant integration still operates or that a casino using the earlier logo accepts payments today.
Plix identifies EMP Systems Limited as the business behind the wallet. Its company information describes a Maltese electronic-money and payment-services business. A regulated payment company and a licensed gambling operator are separate entities: the payment provider’s status does not approve the casino’s games or payout practices.
What the Current Wallet Does
Plix presents individual and business wallets for payments, transfers and currency exchange. An individual wallet holds a balance, unlike a direct bank-payment button that initiates a single account transfer. The casino must separately support the wallet or a relevant Plix checkout for a player to use it there.
The provider’s customer guidance describes registration, identity checks, wallet funding and withdrawals to a bank. Those are wallet functions. They should not be read as a promise that a particular casino supports every funding method, currency or payout direction listed by Plix.
Fees Before a Casino Payment
Consult the current Plix price list rather than an unexplained fee from a historical article. It separates individual, business and merchant arrangements and distinguishes internal transfers, bank payments, exchange and dormant-account charges. A low maintenance price does not mean every operation is free.
Read the row for your account and transaction. A casino surcharge, a wallet bank-withdrawal fee and a currency conversion are separate costs. Compare the amount leaving the wallet with the amount credited by the casino. If a figure changes during checkout, ask which operation or conversion caused it before approval.
Depositing at a Supporting Casino
Start inside the authenticated casino cashier. Check whether it offers Plix for your country and whether the checkout identifies the wallet or another payment instrument. An old Paymenticon badge in a review is not a substitute for that information. Confirm the currency and any deposit boundaries before funding the wallet specifically for this purpose.
Where the method is supported, enter the amount, follow the identified payment flow and review the merchant and debit details. Complete the provider’s required authentication, then compare the payment record with the casino balance. Keep both references if the wallet and casino assign different transaction numbers.
Casino Withdrawals and Wallet Withdrawals
There are two different withdrawals to consider. The first is the casino paying winnings into a supported receiving wallet. The second is moving money from the wallet to a bank account. Completing one does not automatically complete the other, and each can have its own verification, timing and cost.
Plix’s payment API documents merchant-to-client wallet transfers. That establishes a technical function, not universal casino payout support. Ask the operator whether it has enabled the relevant withdrawal method and whether your wallet details meet its ownership requirements. A deposit button alone does not answer that question.
Verification and Account Details
The current wallet registration process includes identity information and supporting documents. An old reference to an anonymous Paymenticon tier should not be used as an instruction to skip those requirements. The casino can separately require evidence about the player account and source of a payment.
Keep the registered names consistent and resolve a legal name change before requesting winnings. Supply documents through authenticated upload channels. A payment investigation needs transaction evidence; it does not require sending a password, access code or complete security credentials through chat.
If a Payment Is Missing
Check the wallet’s transaction history first, then the casino’s ledger. A completed wallet debit and an unchanged casino balance need reconciliation against the original reference. Contact the operator with the amount, currency, time and wallet payment identifier. Do not immediately submit a second deposit.
For a payout, ask whether the casino has actually transmitted funds, not simply approved a request. If the wallet received the money but a later bank transfer is missing, investigate that separate transfer with Plix. Keeping the two stages distinct avoids asking the wrong company to trace a payment it did not send.
