Comepay in older casino-payment lists should be distinguished from newer services using a similar name. A historical publication by Avtodor’s payment-services business identifies the Russian Comepay network, Kampey LLC and FINARS Bank. The Bank of Russia separately records the bank’s licence withdrawal on 21 April 2017. These sources establish specific historical participants; they do not establish a working casino wallet today.

A bank transfer is one payment instrument; the historical Comepay arrangement involved a brand, processing business and banking operator. Keep those roles separate when reading an old payment listing.

The historical Russian service used the comepay.ru name. Avtodor’s own announcement about T-Pass top-ups described Kampey LLC as the processing business and banking payment agent associated with the Comepay network. It identified FINARS Bank as the banking operator for transfers and electronic money using the Comepay wallet. This is first-hand evidence from a business announcing its own payment arrangement.

A current Nigerian app with a similar name should not be treated as the same product. A shared spelling is not proof of account migration, common ownership or responsibility for an old balance. For a particular account, the company named in the agreement matters more than a familiar logo.

The Bank of Russia’s press release states that FINARS Bank’s banking licence was revoked from 21 April 2017 and a temporary administration was appointed. This is a dated regulatory event concerning the bank. It should not be expanded into a claim that every Comepay-branded business or product closed on the same date.

The historical partner publication and regulatory notice answer different questions. One identifies participants in an earlier service; the other establishes the bank’s subsequent regulatory status. Neither is a current consumer tariff or a casino merchant agreement.

A current permitted casino route for the legacy product has not been verified. The T-Pass announcement concerned transport-account top-ups, not gambling acceptance. The bank’s old licence notice does not establish a current claim procedure for every customer or promise repayment. Do not share passwords, authentication codes or card security codes with someone claiming to restore an old Comepay account.
