ecoPayz Casinos and Payz Wallet Payments
The ecoPayz name appears in older casino payment materials. Payz publishes the wallet's current account features, fees and legal terms at payz.com. With an electronic wallet, funding the wallet, paying a merchant and transferring money to a bank are separate transactions. For broader comparisons, see our guide to casino payment methods.
At a casino that offers Payz, check both sides of the cashier before depositing. A deposit transfers money to the operator; a withdrawal sends the approved payout to the destination specified in the casino's terms.
Payz accounts and service providers
The published Payz user-account terms identify PSI-Pay Ltd as the service provider. PSI-Pay is a UK electronic-money institution authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. The agreement accepted for an account identifies its service provider.
A Payz account holds electronic money. The provider's terms govern identity checks, account access and the payment services attached to it. Use the official Payz website or app to manage the wallet.
Deposits and casino payouts
Read the Payz account terms alongside the casino's payment conditions.
For a wallet payment, choose the named method in the casino cashier, enter the amount and review the currency. Authorise the transaction through the provider's payment flow, then check the casino transaction history.
Read the withdrawal section before making the first deposit. It sets the payout destination, account-ownership requirements and the casino's approval process. Moving a payout from Payz to a bank is another wallet transaction with its own tariff.
Published account fees
The Payz account-fee page publishes the following figures in EUR. Service availability and the exact funding or withdrawal option depend on the account holder's country of residence.
| Operation | Published fee |
| Transfer to or from a Payz merchant | Free |
| Card funding | 1.69–6.00% plus €0.25 |
| Bank deposit | 0–10.00% |
| ecoVoucher funding | 2.90% |
| Currency conversion on Classic and Silver | 2.99% |
| Currency conversion on Gold and Platinum | 1.49% |
| Currency conversion on VIP | 1.25% |
| Bank withdrawal on Silver, Gold and Platinum | €5.90–€10.00 |
| Bank withdrawal on VIP | €2.90–€7.00 |
The casino's own payment conditions apply in addition to the wallet tariff. Review the complete cost of funding, currency conversion and bank withdrawal rather than the merchant-transfer fee alone.
Account levels and inactivity
Payz lists five account levels: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP. Its published daily limit for transfers to merchants starts at €1,000 on Classic and rises to €30,000 on VIP. The Classic lifetime limit is €2,500, including deposits and transfers cumulatively.
The fee table lists an inactivity charge of €5 per month. The user-account terms effective from 23 April 2026 define inactivity by the absence of incoming or outgoing transactions for six months. They provide for the charge after more than six months of inactivity where an account has an available balance.
Comparing the complete cost of a wallet payment
Consider the wallet funding transaction separately from the merchant transfer. A free transfer to a merchant does not remove a charge for loading the wallet, converting a balance or later withdrawing money to a bank. Compare the applicable row in the Payz tariff at each stage.
For example, a player funding in one currency and depositing in another should include the conversion charge for the account level held. A player using an existing balance in the required currency has a different sequence of operations. This is why a single percentage quoted as a casino deposit fee gives an incomplete picture of wallet costs.
Resolving a missing balance update
Open the wallet transaction record and the casino account history. Compare the recipient, amount, currency and reference before attempting another payment. Give casino support the merchant transaction details when the wallet records a transfer but the gaming balance does not show the corresponding credit.
For a problem involving wallet access or the Payz account itself, use the provider's own support route. Keep the account agreement available so that the service provider and the applicable terms are clear.
Identity checks and payment security
Payz account verification and the casino's customer checks concern separate accounts. Use the provider's own access process to manage the wallet. Supply documents through the official verification channel requested for the account, and keep wallet login credentials out of merchant support messages.
Advantages and limitations
| Feature | Practical implication |
| Separate electronic-money balance | Funding and bank withdrawals have their own costs |
| Free merchant transfers in the tariff | Conversion can still add a charge |
| Five account levels | Limits and conversion prices differ by level |
| Published account agreements | Inactivity charges matter when leaving a balance unused |
Other casino payment routes
A bank transfer sends money between accounts and provides a banking reference. A card payment uses the card issuer's authorisation process. An electronic wallet holds a separate payment balance, so loading it and paying a merchant are distinct operations. Compare the route available in the casino with the destination offered for winnings.
What to check before a casino payment
Use the following checklist with the terms for the actual account and transaction:
- The exact product and legal provider named in the checkout.
- The country and currency covered by the payment instructions.
- The separate deposit and withdrawal destinations.
- The minimum and maximum amounts for the selected operation.
- Charges for funding, conversion and receiving the payment.
- The approval stage, transfer stage and references used to trace them.
- Identification and account-ownership documents requested through official channels.
Keep the relevant terms and payment confirmation with the transaction record. That gives support the original information for the order being discussed, including the product name used at the time.
