Complaint description
I registered in spy-casino, found there shadowbet casino, and decided to play, made a deposit of $20 through MasterCar, got a 100% bonus, and wagered it. I wanted to withdraw money but there was no option to withdraw money to the same MasterCard. Since I'm from Russia, the shadowbet resource isn't available in my country, so I'm using a VPN. I wrote to the support service, they said that withdrawal to MasterCard card is not available for Finland. I explained the situation and it hasn't been resolved at all. I can't withdraw money in any way. Please, help me to resolve this situation. I think that the casino wants to appropriate my money in such a way.
