Hi! I am citizen of Latvia! Signed in SlotV 2017 november! Didnt checked SlotV Terms and conditions,that was my mistake! After few deposits got call from Vip manager Aleksandra (p.n +442080683931) Had a long conversation by phone! She find out that i am from Latvia and didnt informed me that latvians cant play in SlotV (4.4. The Company prohibits opening accounts and/or deposit any money to users who are citizens of or are living in the United States, Spain, Italy, France, Great Britain, Ukraine, Turkey, Portugal, Germany, Hungary, Australia, Netherlands, Israel, Poland, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Cyprus, Latvia. The list of jurisdictions may be changed by the Company without notice. You agree that you are obliged not to open an account, and not to try to use your account if you are a citizen or are located in one of these jurisdictions, otherwise, your account will be blocked. The company has the right to unilaterally decide on the payment of deposits, balances and any other means from the blocked accounts.)
I was playing in SlotV around 3 months total amount of deposits 12000Eur! And When finnaly i won some money,was tried to cash out..so they requested my documents ..and find out that i am latvia citizen.. they canceled my withdraws and blocked my account!!
No almost 4 months i trying to get refund,but Vip maneger Aleksandra do not answer my phone calls and do not answer my emails! Going to other similar sites casino reviews players from other restricted counties got back their money,but for Latvia citizen SlotV casino refuse make a refund!
Before Aleksandra was calling me almost every week and was sending emails many times per week,but now she dont want to contact with me!! So before start play in this casino think twice! They are based in Belarus and they dont stick to their Terms and Conditions!!

Dear player, in response to your comment, let me briefly outline your game history with us.
You had been playing not from the Latvian ip, and when you informed our support service that you were from Latvia, your account was blocked until the circumstances were clarified, and your documents were requested. After that, you removed all personal data from the player's profile and sent us a deliberately edited passport. On our side, after that other document was requested with a photograph and date of birth. You refused, and after that, you wrote a complaint to the Licensee that you were an underage player.
We repeated our request to provide any other document with a photo and date of birth, which you did not send. In the course of a long correspondence, you confessed that the passport had been edited and then sent the original. After that, you again wrote a complaint to our licensee, saying that you were a player from Latvia. The complaint was reviewed, we set out our facts and it is closed now, because you, as a player, originally committed fraudulent acts against the casino.
