MGM Resorts in talks to buy Entain

The deal has not been finalized yet. A specific deal will come after the UK adopts a new law on gambling, because. it can affect the final value of the holding.

Entain currently has a market capital of £8.9bn.

In 2021, MGM Resorts already tried to buy the company for £8.1 billion, but the offer was rejected.

Nueva Codere lost $805,000 after a cyberattack
